As i mentioned earlier, i have no desire to explain how to someone who doesn't already have the requisite knowledge, but Microsoft absolutely provides a first party interface that allows picking and choosing of which updates to install. In fact, all such third party tools are doing is providing a custom interface on top of the interface provided by microsoft.

I haven't yet "googled" it, because I have no need for it, nor do I have will to search for non-existent things. I can do it (dismiss specific updates before they are installed) just fine without your super secret workaround, thank you very much. Astonishing, is it not?
