So much agreement here. Who hasn't been rejected by some 25 year old who's been with the company all of 6 months and who asks silly questions straight from LeetCode? I have literally been asked questions that were PhD theses 30 years ago.
How is any of that supposed to be part of a good interview process? My only solace here is that those things are red flags on the company side, so I might have dodged some bullets.
