Interesting. I thought many people prefer "cream butter" so it can be cut easier.

Interestingly enough, one of the things that I hate about travelling in the US, is that a lot of restaurants only have that creamed butter.
Maybe it's an acquired and/or cultural taste, but it certainly isn't what I prefer :-)
