Those points above (except for 4) sound an awful lot like Chuck Moore's GA144 chips, based on his individual F18A computers (GA144 = 144x F18A computers).

I wrote a software simulator of a single F18A once to learn more about the architecture- those things are seriously well designed, and full of interesting design decisions.
