Yeah, on the list on the article the only "modern major payment service" I actually recognised was PayPal and Alipay. I noticed that Rubles are mentioned multiple times in the article, perhaps the author is Russian. Is Stripe even available in Russia? However saying that I thought PayPal had suspended operations in Russia.
