Just bought a 2 head 28,000 BTU/hr mini split from Senville, a 2005 startup here in Quebec. Direct from company. They manufacture them in China. Rated for -22F. Factory direct, including installation kit and comprehensive install manual. Very responsive customer service. I'm a heating guy (wood burning masonry heaters), and my shop guy and I did the install ourselves. There's Quebec subsidies, etc., if you use a licensed installer, but doesn't matter to me.
