10.75 W sustained heat removal at a constant 85C for the bigger version isn't that impressive.

Even the M2 could easily draw and produce 30+ W of heat at full load.

The best use case may be ultra thin devices without enough room for a fan, not as a fan replacement.

If they're operating at 30W sustained they're in trouble anyway; that would imply a battery life of probably about an hour.


Well, even at 11W, it'd be unusuable past 10-15 minutes as the entire device will have heated up to a constant 85C, and rising.


A fan is only a part of the thermal system. I would assume that quoted 10.5W is purely the frore system. Not the entire dissipation of a product.

I'm still very skeptical of this product.
