Yeah, Dr. Web is very well-known in Russia, and among the wider security community. They have some very talented people working for them, and, as far as I know, Dr. Web is still one of the only AVs that can disinfect the Rustock.C rootkit/virus successfully.

I've been in the security industry for about 10 years, and never heard of them. Most of my peers had the same reaction - "Who?"
