I can get some decent speeds with the standard wifi card in the Framework 13 (Intel) and the new U7 Pro AP.

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX210 160MHz

6GHz channel (mandatory WPA3). Intel iwd instead of wpa_supplicant (though it worked okay).
