"the ‘evil’ company that poisoned every person on the planet"

Yes, the company as an entity was(is?) evil. But it's important to note that it was individuals within the entity that made the decision to use the chemical, to continue to use them and to cover up the problem with them. We need to acknowledge that ultimately it is the individual at the root of the problem. We need to work towards punishing the officers plus the directors who let this problem continue in addition to the company. Otherwise, there is no incentive to fix future problems. The people who could have stopped the problem at the root can just retire or get fired and continue with their lives while we all have to deal with the consequences over and over again.

Whaddayman, "in addition to" the company?!? Companies hardly ever get actually punished for anything.

When people kill people, they get thrown in jail or sometimes executed. When companies do, they get, at most, fined. That's a slap on the wrist. When did you last hear of a company being liquidated -- "executed" -- for any shit it had done?

For a second I thought he was talking about Facebook..
