These stories never make clear if the change is bounded by the location of the users.

Would someone in Japan be able to ask Grok to alter an image published by someone in the UK and then display it to other users except those in the UK?

IANAL but my understanding is that people outside the UK won't have their free speech affected and will still be able to ask Grok to create pornographic images of children for them. As the founding fathers intended.


I would be very surprised if this stops at one national border for X. Not sure about time frames, but you would think there's a wave coming.


Just shut the whole thing down. No point playing fair with people who talk about "suicidal empathy". Time for people on the left to take the red pill and start getting things done fast.
