The legacy option still exists but they don’t make it obvious.

Computer > Workers & Pages > Create Application > under “Make something new” container there’s a link “Continue to Pages”

Pages is essentially discontinued and replaced by workers.

Stuff like Astro comes with Workers support.

It's under Compute → Workers & Pages because Cloudflare has a confusing UI.
