I really appreciate this info. I went old school when I hacked my own esp32 bikeputer together with a wheel magnet and reed switch. It was fun to put together, but pretty janky with wires tapped up and it wouldn’t survive any off-roading.

I wasn’t aware of the more modern ANT+ approach. Looking forward to a V2.
