Any stripe engineers here to explain how the new multi-party payments work? The documentation has a new "destination" field but doesn't explain if it can be used as a third party in a normal Stripe Connect charge.

I see a new Stripe-Stripe programmatic transfer, but is that the only way to do multi-party setups?
